I would give 3.5 stars. It was really good, great service, amazing service actually so I’ll change it to a 4! The pancakes were a bit flour-y but the butter pecan pancake syrup was amazing!!! Everything was good, not fantastic, but very good.

The restaurant is very big and it’s beautiful inside, definitely a warm and welcoming environment. The male waiter serving us was awesome and he kept checking in to make sure we liked everything and to check if we needed anything else. I’m not sure if we spoke to the owner or manager but he was also very kind and came to check if we were liking the food. Overall the experience was great, the food however was not as exciting as we’d expected, it wasn’t overly expensive but it also wasn’t anything special like everyone has been raving about, very similar to Denny’s, I will say though my husband and I did both end up with severe heartburn an hour or so after eating that lasted most of the night.

New facility, so everything is in good shape. Windows could use some covers for when the sun is strong. Food tasted good. Prices are the same as everywhere else. Staff are attentive and nice.

Liked everything, service was very good. Worth the trip, at least once(maybe more). I had the Big Steak omelette" wife had "SirloinTips & Eggs" all very good and filling..so why did I also order the Shrimp app? Snacking."

Menu description said fluffy French toast with powered sugar on top. What I got was two pieces of barely cooked and slightly egg covered pieces of bread. The two stars are for the waitress who packaged the take out and put the strawberry topping in a separate container. For $15 I guess I expected more!

Great food and great service. Went here the other day for the first time for some pancakes. The staff serving my friend and I was friendly and happy to have us. The staff made the atmosphere great. The pancakes were delicious. I traveled about 2 hours to visit here and glad I did. Can't wait to visit again for great food.

Everything here is perfect. The workers are always very optimistic, the food is delicious, and the restaurant is very clean. It's so good I wanna give it a 20/10, but that's not possible so I give it a 10/10

My husband myself and 3 children ate in today. Two separate tables walked out after waiting too long. We ordered an appetizer and our main meals at the same time. We waited 50 MINUTES to receive our appetizer which was COLD. 10 minutes later our children’s food was brought out. They all received burgers which were PINK AF. Our kids were almost done eating by the time my husband and I got our food. If you have children you can understand how horrible this went. They had no turkey so I had to sub for chicken which was okay. The entire sandwich consisted of a quarter of a chicken breast half of a HARD avocado soggy bread. I didn’t even eat half of my sandwich and didn’t take the rest home it was that bad. The picture below is what my husband got the Philly cheese steak stacker. As you can see in the picture NO CHEESE NO SAUCE with non toasted stale hard bread, it looks like a tv dinner on bread. Again he did not eat his food and left it as well. Our waiter asked how the food was and we said it wasn’t at all and he just laughed. I feel like a got robbed $110.00 and left hungry. We WILL NEVER be back even when “they get there stuff together” Should have opened another Denny’s.

Boiled potatoes instead of home fries (receipt says crisp breakfast potatoes), wasn't told they didn't have shredded hash browns. Bland eggs benny. Disappointing at best, first and last IHOP visit. Service was ok, the restaurant was clean except for the washrooms.

This cozy new restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide breakfast list and wonderful pancakes. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.It was my friend’s birthday and the staff gave her complimentary birthday pancake and played birthday song. It was very thoughtful.We had a best service from “ Jamie “ and her positive attitude.Will visit soon :)
