Contacted these guys for some heavy duty removal of moss and green algae buildup that we had around our building and property. Josh was courteous and efficient and went over and above to ensure everything came out looking great and refreshed. I had no complaints whatsoever, and would recommend Alblaster without hesitation.

Alex from Alblaster did a terrific job for our 4 story strata building including walkways, stairwells, parking lot and patios.Alex came onsite within a day of calling, provided a fast and excellent quote, and then completed the work as promised in less time than anticipated. All areas he worked on look like new, no damage caused to any surfaces and he even came in and cleaned up the entranceways of our commercial units if any water had made it under the door. I recently had the Alblaster team over to do a full-scale exterior cleaning of my home, including the windows. The job was done to perfection! I called alexz from Alblaster for a quote to power wash our 2 parkades. I had gotten 3 quotes for the job but chose Alblaster because of Alexz. He was so respectful, courteous and my emails and questions were always responded to and answered promptly. His quote was very competitive with the other quotes but he included a few extras that the other quotes didn’t. He did an amazing job of our parkades which had quite a few stains and alot of salt and sand from the winter season. Alexz and his team were on time to start the job which I appreciated because of the time sensitiveness of the closure of the parkades for the staff. The system he used with power washing and degreasers did the job. The parkades have never been this clean. I was very impressed. Staff and visitors have commented to me on how good the parkades look. Just had Alblaster come and clean my building in Steveston. All I can say is wow!! Josh did such a great job and was so friendly. I’ve done the same job myself using a high pressure wash and it took me twice the time and looked half as good. The soft washing system they use got rid of all the growth built up from last fall.My biggest complaint is my windows look so good on the outside I’m now going to have to do all the insides now. Lol. Alblaster provided an excellent service. Couldn't be happier with the work Alblaster did cleaning a glass awning. They were on time, professional and thorough. Not a spot of dirt or mildew was left behind and they even gave the back windows a good rinse as well (thank you). Great company to do business with.
