Very horrible portion sizes. Chicken got no taste no flavour and you call that a poutine yeah right what gravy avoid this place at all cost don’t waste your money here.

I ordered the queen lamb wrap and for my daughter was the queen chicken wrap. I'd highly recommend their lamb meats. First time to try and so far I liked the taste of it.

On the path to try shawarma, I ran into this spot. The location is great, the decoration is awesome, it is clean and welcoming. But their food not the best. First time I have walked into a Mediterranean food spot where you get charged for hummus. One top of that, meat portion is little and very dry. The whole experience was not the pleasant one. I would avoid Shawarma Royale.

Very dry meat, they don’t have big traffic of people and you can taste that the meat is from yesterday! Not only that the meat is dry they have the smallest meat portion that I have even seen. I tried them in Mississauga everything was amazing the Barrie location is horrible!When you order king wrap you would expect extra meat, not extra bread!Horrible! Too much curry in the rice, the overall it tasted more like an Indian food and not middle east food!

Mixed feelings about this place. The food was served quickly and hot. I've had chicken shawarma before but this had a funny taste. Could not identify the spice. Chicken was shaved off a big roll similar to donairs. It was a bit dry. The vegetables that were served was a carrot slice with coleslaw and sliced dill pickles and red turnips. Tables were dirty and it wasn't busy. I hope they improve but I won't go back.

I ordered King Chicken Shawarma today and fries on the side. The quality of the meat was horrible and dry. I have been to various Shawarma places but this place ranks the lowest on my list. I didn't expect the bread to be this thick that it was so hard to chew on. The chicken portion was so low for the King Shawarma and it didn't impress me. The management needs to step up their customer service and food quality.Update: The staff told me that he does not care about the reviews and food quality they served me, and is unapologetic with their service. Shameful customer service.

First time trying shawarma. Looked good, sounded good, nice trying something different, the flavours were great but the meat must of been over cooked or something because the meat was dry. I will try another place with shawarma since it looks like it should be delicious and juicy. King Chicken Sandwich should be renamed to Court Jester because the amount of chicken inside the sandwich is a complete joke. It’s sad visited this location when it first opened and was pretty decent with beef on spit only chicken available. Definitely will not be back. I wonder if Mohammed Roumia the franchiser actually reads the reviews of the restaurants that he grants his establishments to or is busy just counting his money.

the place is so terrible like they need to shut down i cant belive they shutted down nandos the best place for some useless tasteless bland shawarma shop ever they need to shut down the bread is so dry and chewy and even if i eat the shawarma with chicken its just bread the chicken is so dry like it came out of a school lunch or something the chicken is so bland and chewy. the sauce the garlic sauce is so bland I added hot sauce and spices to this garlic sauce and it tasted so good make that your sauce royal shawarma the fries are the only good thing that saves it from getting a extreme low the mollases and cole slaw they need to remove. oh also the chicken was raw a few times they didnt bother to cook it through and it sent someone to the hospitial. they need to take this restraunt down BRING BACK NANDOS CLOSE THIS SHOP WORST SHOP EVER. SHUT DOWN THIS STORE THIS IS TERRIBLE
