Enterprise Rent-A-Car

When i called the call center and told them I was needing a car to take a road test in because my car died and needed to go to the mechanic they said it was fine. However when I arrived at the location they told me they didn't allow road tests in their cars and I couldn't rent the car. Zero stars. How dumb are the call center people working here? I literally told them this on the phone and they guy I spoke to said it was fine.Zero stars. Idiotic waste of my time!!!!

Received best customer satisfaction at 104 and Kinggeorge location Surrey. Adil was a great help and so was Mandeep. Thank you for accommodating best service it was great experience with you guys.

They went above and beyond helping and trusting me with their vehicle when my supplemental insurance provider was no help. And an beeeeuuuuutiful Charger for a car was the added bonus!

My son had a problem with the rental, unfortunately Enterprise was closed when I suggested he take the car and exchange it. We called the airport which was open, but they had no cars. Sadly on a 3day weekend holiday the car basically just sat in the parking garage downstairs.Would have been really nice had he returned the car and had another offered to him. Instead this location had no cars available, which left him, his wife and 4 year old son take the bus to the Science World and then another train and bus to Richmond.I had to drive from Surrey to Richmond to pick the family up to drive them home!Very inconvenient and very unlike Enterprise.

Excellent customer service! Very polite staff! Very clean cars! Great experience with this rental office!Reps: Ali and his team were very helpful to find me the best car (white Mustang), it was very clean and neat and when I returned them the car, it wasn’t as clean as they gave it to me. These guys never complaint about the car’s messiness and no question asked, they gave me my deposit back!I greatly appreciate for your service and your kindness!Thank you very much!Sweta :)

Pathetic customer experience. Don't trust their online booking. My confirmed online booking cancelled by Ali and his manager Arya. I wish I can give them ZERO rating.

I need to give a big shout out to this busy Enterprise.The customer service is 10 stars out of 5! No joking! The people who work at the front desk are super friendly and helpful, not only they are good at their job, I think I just had the best customer service of all in Canada through these gentlemen. They were patient, knowledgeable, and have passions to provide the best to their customers.I ran into some problems with my rental cars and had to go back and changed new vehicle a couple times, they are apologetic and try their best to fulfill my needs without getting frustrated at me! Thank you guys! No wonder this location is always so busy!Also, one of the gentlemen at the front desk always dress up very nicely in suit! Good taste and good professionalism!People who work in here love their jobs and present good images for Enterprise ! They deserve a raise!!!

Got a rental car and there was a flat tire. I had to go take it to get serviced one day before I was headed down on a trip. While I don’t think this happens often, I was told I would be refunded for the fee I paid to get the tire serviced when I returned the car. I got no such refund and followed up multiple times, but no one seems to care. The customer service isn’t the best here.

Great Location. Adi and Ali were very helpful in arranging a good deal for me and my family . They gave professional service and explained everything in detail. They made sure the car was clean and all the documents were organized.The location is perfect very close to Surrey Central.The options available are limited but good.Overall excellent experience.

Absolute garbage place to come and rent a car, every car is dirty as hell. Not professional at all and each car i’ve had from here from my icbc experience smells like cheese.
