Hi,Terry went above and beyond for my home inspection. I asked him all kinds of in-depth inquiries during our 1 hour meeting that, as a result of my questioning, extended well beyond the hour. He was very informative and pleasant. The home inspection itself was beautifully presented with some improvement tips in a sturdy binder. He even offered to loan me some monitoring equipment. Anytime I need a quick and professional house inspection, I call AmeriSpec Inspection. Terry is a professional in his field, which conducts every inspection with extensive knowledge in the inspection- and contracting field. I used him on 3 houses in the past 1.5 years and he finds what others don't. And that is most important to me, as I don't want to buy hidden flaws with the property. I usually conduct my own general inspection first and, if I like the property, then get Terry to fine comb and he always has found issues I had not a trained eye to detect. What I value most about it is that his former long time contracting careers allows him also to give possible solutions/ remediation to issues detected. I am part of a real estate investment group in the US, and professional home inspection are a must have on every house! Our saying is: if you don't have the money to conduct a professional house inspection, you should not buy a house.
