Michelle went the extra mile to ensure our billing was up to date and in the most efficient manner of emailing the invoices. This cuts down on days lost during mailing. About a year ago, we engaged Eric and his team to identify a better solution for our printing needs. Our printing costs were increasing and we were constantly sending files with RUSH. Our printing partners were great but we wanted to see if we could bring in house the simple projects and cut costs. Eric's team which included Richard who trained us on the programs were wonderful and highly responsive. Richard is incredibly patient and he has such deep knowledge. When we embarked on printing our own gift guide, he came immediately to make sure that the printing would work with the new paper and cover stock. Eric also put us in contact with a supplier in town for materials and they have been fantastic to work with. While we were in the middle of a large print job - our toner levels dropped and I reached out to Eric to request toner, Eric literally came over to our office and dropped the toner off within hours of my email. Great customer service should never end when the deal is signed. It is MORE important after the deal is signed. Thanks Eric and Richard!
