Very poor quality. No good leather purses or wallets anymore. Staff unhelpful and pushy. Do not have comprehensive knowledge of what they carry. Purchased a fanny pack today, which we were told last week they did not carry.

A decent place to buy luggage,back packs etc. A much better place to buy these products when they have a sale. Unfortunately I miss the sales or don't see them.

They can do a lot better to improve. They have the right goods but it is sometimes overwhelming. They often times have good deals on luggage but they can improve it a little to make people really buy. The service is reasonable and staff are friendly and helpful. They are a bit too expensive but that's understood for a mall store but with the right deals it can be worthwhile.
