I read some reviews on this store and there were some negative reviews on the customer service. While I understand that everyone’s experience is different, my experience was quite pleasant so maybe some of the negative feedback is unwarranted. This is my first visit to this store so I can’t speak for all employees but the employee on duty today was very helpful and pleasant. It’s always a nice experience when you go into a business and have a very positive experience and based on that I would return to this store again if needs be. With her helpful nature and sunny disposition, she seems like an asset to the business and deserves a raise. Lol.

I went in to the location in Brantford, Ontario and had the most pleasant shopping experiences with one of the sales staff. Skyler showed me exactly what I needed for my hair care products, even telling me the differences between the different brands. She had an amazing amount of product knowledge and was a kind and considerate young lady who didn't laugh at my lack of knowledge. She signed me up for a club member card so I could receive the discounts as well. Anyway thanks again for the great service Skyler.

Most of the girls are super friendly. Good selection of products even through Covid. However......if a customer informs an employee that they had to step over a dead bird to walk into the store, the employee probably shouldn't respond by turning her back and saying yeah

Women who was at the front cashing us out was super nice. Another employee though I had asked a question in regards to a product and root lifting and she said yes. It’s a dye, and I realized an hour into the process on that’s why the hair was not lifting it’s meant for already very blonde hair… the store itself is very clean, well organized and great deals it’s just frustrating purchasing a product not for it’s intended use and wasting time for it not to do anything.

I was there today for the very first time after reading previous posted reviews of this business I was expecting the worst experience ever! I was so impressed with the customer service! The young lady working there was the perfect mix of giving you attention and space to browse! So polite and courteous! Loved the selection, prices and products too!

Last Monday afternoon, February 10th, I came in for the first time. I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was. She listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and she recommended some excellent products that were very affordable. Later after I coloured my hair, the colour that she recommended turned out very well! Thank you and I plan on returning soon!
