Nail Place

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this salon. I have been there a couple times now to see Linda and she never fails to make my nails look amazing! She always takes her time and is so particular. Definitely my go-to spot now and my favourite place to go. 11/10 would recommend!!

I recently visited a nail salon and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a lack of enthusiasm and felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff ,her name is Susan.When I asked questions about the services they offered, the staff seemed annoyed and did not provide any helpful information. They were dismissive and did not seem interested in helping me.During my nail service, the technician was rough and did not take care to ensure that I was comfortable. She seemed rushed and did not take the time to do a thorough job.When I attempted to pay for my service, she was rude and seemed annoyed that I was taking up her time. She did not provide any assistance in completing my transaction and made me feel like I was bothering her.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. The poor customer service made me feel unwelcome and unimportant. I will not be returning to this establishment and would not recommend it to others.

Susan and Tina were super nice and they put enough attention to their work. I have gone to a great number of nail salons but I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a friendly place with good service.

I'm giving three stars because I like the results but it was very painful and half my fingers were bleeding. I took a picture for reference for the dried up bloody spots. When alcohol was applied to clean up all my nails, I've never felt so much pain at a nail salon in my life before. She did the nail shape really nicely and she was a nice staff member but I don't understand why she had to be so rough...

I have been going to Nail place for more than a year and they always been able to accommodate my schedule as well as always give amazing service with attention to detail. Linda is amazing and always makes my acrylic nails look beautiful!

I just got my nails done here for the first time today, the nice lady recommended I choose this milky white colour and I love it! The staff are really kinda and patient and overall the shape came out perfect.

This spot is a hidden gem for sure! Susan is super friendly she did an incredible job on my nails! For just the right price as well!

Horrific Experience at this Salon- A Nightmare Unleashed. ( Don't even try to go ! )I was a regular faithful customer at this nail salon for couple of years , each time tried to ignore their mistakes with high hopes of receiving a delightful and pampering experience. Unfortunately, my visit turned into a catastrophic disaster that left me feeling utterly disappointed, frustrated, and taken advantage of. From the impolite staff to the absurd pricing tactics, this nail salon is an epitome of poor service and incompetence.Upon entering the salon, I was greeted by a group of employees who seemed disinterested and lacking any form of basic courtesy. Their rude behavior made me question whether I had stumbled upon a salon or a den of apathetic individuals. Their lack of professionalism and outright impoliteness was a foreshadowing of the horrors to come.As I opted for an expensive nail treatment, I expected the best quality service, only to be met with sheer disappointment. The nail technician who attended to me seemed disengaged and unskilled. Not only did she rush through the process, resulting in a subpar job, but the nails started breaking within days of leaving the salon.When I returned to address the issue, hoping for a reasonable resolution, I was met with further disappointment. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and offering a solution, the owner shamelessly insisted that I pay an additional fee for repairing the nails. Their greed was evident as they prioritized profit over customer satisfaction. The audacity of charging for their own mistakes was beyond comprehension.To add insult to injury, the staff members, including the owner, exhibited an appalling level of rudeness during this entire ordeal. Their dismissive and disrespectful attitude made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer seeking a reasonable resolution. Their lack of empathy and professionalism was truly disheartening.In conclusion, Nail Place salon is an establishment that epitomizes everything one should avoid when seeking a quality nail salon experience. The staff's rudeness, lack of skills, and their audacity to charge customers for their own mistakes are indicative of a deeply flawed business model.
