Happy with the service from Nadeau Hyundai for picking up my vehicle overnight and bringing in back home as soon as the vehicle service completed the next day. I also appreciate the free vehicle wash which is performed with each maintenance service. After I had told the service manager about some nasty bumps that the vehicle had been through a month or so ago, he made sure that the servicing mechanic checked the thread wear on all four tires for unusual wear which turned out to be insignificant. I would sincerely recommend their sales and service to anyone requesting my opinion.

On 15 Aug 22 our 2018 Santa Fe XL threw a piston rod just west of Edmundston. Although it took 3 months to get our vehicle repaired due to part delays, Brian and his staff bent over backwards to ensure we didn't pay a cent on the repair or a long term rental car. I've dealt with and worked for several dealerships over the years and most of them would have bent over backwards to pass the cost on to the customer. Thank you Brian for the outstanding service despite the numerous setbacks.

The REAL character of a business and their employees is revealed when they are challenged with an opportunity to shine. Nadeau gets a great big 'F'. They got a call around 2PM midweek from a young student, in the middle of a cross country road trip, on the way to university. Her late model Hyundai SantaFe died suddenly and noisily on the highway, 5 minutes from the dealership. The Nadeau service department responds we can't look at it for 2 weeks". No offer to help find a solution for a stranded young student

I put a deposit of 500 dollars for a hyndai tucson 2016 vehicle, the delivery time was supposed to be two days later, i prepared all the documents (insurance and check deposit…) to my greatest surprise when I went to the dealership, they told me that the vehicle is not ready, because there was an oil leak in the engine and the delivery is postponed. not only these people they don’t respect the delivery time, in addition I had to ask why so that they could tell me the problem with the vehicle, I quickly withdrew from the transaction and asked for my deposit of 500 of right, which was refused to me while the owner did not respect their commitments.I am not a person who puts comments for fun, it was in April 2021 I can even give you the name of the seller and the sales manager at that time. the vehicle was a red 2016 tucson with 80,000 km on it.I definitely don’t recommend this dealership.

3 days ago, My Santa Fe started pouring out oil while on my way home to Ottawa. They quickly confirmed the problem was the oil pressure switch in the v6 engine valley and ordered in the parts to complete the repair. This was an excellent diagnosis since usually an engine leaking oil like that would be the main rear seal.They put an emphasis on getting it done quickly so I could get home without delay.I would not hesitate to go there again, thank you Brian and staff for the excellent professional service!

Amazing service! On our way home to Nova Scotia from a road trip in Ontario and Quebec when our Santa Fe began leaking oil. 30 Minutes before closing, Daniel had us come right over, had a mechanic take a look at it, and instantly knew the issue and how to fix it. Provided us a shuttle to our accommodations for the night and our car was clean and ready to go the very next morning. Cannot say enough great things about the wonderful customer service!!!
