Sooty & Swept
When I asked the man on the phone to explain how they ensured that there was no soot in the room after the chimney was swept he hung up on me. When I called back he did so again. The man was extremely rude, arrogant and ignorant. So much for their service... and that's how they treat customers before getting into their houses. Had to give a 1 star to write the review or I'd have given zero.
