I feel grateful and lucky to have found this flower shop. My sister-in-law is in BC and we (her family) are all in Edmonton, her grandmother passed away and due to COVID she was stuck in her hotel room alone. By chance I found this shop, and what they delivered to her was something more than I could have asked for. The arrangement was made with love, care and compassion; and it truly filled her heart. So much gratitude. Blessings.

I sent flowers to a family member for her birthday. As much as the flowers are nice, they are nothing like I ordered.I checked in advance to make sure tulips were available. That’s all I wanted. Pretty simple. Tulips. The arrangement does have several tulips but also lilies (which sadly in our family is either Easter or a funeral arrangement) and daisies.I am totally disappointed with the flowers. And disappointed with Customer Service.The best they could do was say they were sorry.Before you pay, double check that they aren’t substituting with their choice of flowers.Definitely not worth the money.

Beware. My family and I planned to order flowers from Enchanted Harvest once per month for our grandmother who’s in an assisted care facility nearby. We already ordered twice without issue and planned to do so again for the foreseeable future. However, our December order never reached my grandmother due to an unexpected health complication requiring her removal from the facility. The gentleman/owner I spoke to on the phone refused to provide a refund or credit for a future delivery despite the flowers not reaching their intended beneficiary due to unforeseen and extenuating circumstances outside anyone’s control. I was amazed at the heartless and callous response and his willingness to lose at least a thousand dollars in future business from my family (due to planned repeated orders) all because of an $80 order. The complete lack of empathy, absence of flexibility in a clearly one-off situation, and the nonexistent customer service were extremely disappointing (to put it mildly).

They were nice enough, but front desk guy couldn't be less pleased to see me. In my experience they overcharged for sure, taking advantage of someone who wasn't sure of their purchase.

Just ordered Birthday flowers this morning. Delivered on time as promised. Beautiful birthday bouquet that made her day! Thank you so much!

I sent flowers to my Father in sympathy of the loss of my Sister. He absolutely loves them. He received a very similar arrangement from another florist which was already wilting when he received it. The arrangement from Enchanted is so fresh and the flowers are still like fresh picked after 2 weeks. He is very impressed by the quality. Thank you Enchanted, I will definitely order again.

My husband buys me flowers from Enchanted Harvest and the bouquets are always beautiful. They’re very creative with their arrangements and the flowers last a long time. Highly recommend!

I stopped by and quickly needed a bouquet for a celebration of life. Within ten minutes I walked out with a beautiful vase full of fresh fragrant flowers that really hit the vision I was looking for. Fantastic job in my opinion.

I was married on the 24th of September with flowers designed and ordered for this very special day from Enchanted Harvest Florist. They were just what I had expected!! Absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. I have been ordering arrangements from this Florist for many years and have never been disappointed.

I just spoke with a very pleasant woman,-Margita, who offered to deliver my order later today. No begging or negotiation or surcharges! She was happy to make a suggestion for a custom arrangement in line with my budget and the occasion. I was very pleased by the personal service. It's great to deal with someone in the local community when ordering flowers from afar.
