Quidditas

I visited this shop twice: 1st time last winter when face diapers were mandated... My partner and I were welcomed in the shop and helped graciously despite our rebellious act of wanting to breath oxygen. 2nd time few days ago and the blond lady with a French last name was super helpful and knowledgeable about liver detox and support. There is a large selection of organic herbs and teas. This shop does not deserve its 1 star reviews from people who don't understand the TRUE definition of health and believe that the government cares about them. Thanks Quidditas, I'll be back more often!

When I lived in the area, this used to be my go to for vitamins, teas and natural products and always had amazing customer service. Went yesterday since I was in the neighbourhood and because I knew I probably had to do a big buy of a punch of products so wanted to support them and get some guidance from their staff who previously have always been very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I found the customer service horrible and recieved a lot of attitude.I will not be returning or recommending them ever again.Edit: issue wasn't that they didn't have time / were busy, it was attitude, rudeness, lack of curiosity to help me with what I was looking for. 3 pther people in store who werent asking for help. I am a patient person who has worked loads of customer service and sales jobs but it was outright rude. No excuse, it was horrible. Never going back again after supporting for over 8 years.

Great place to get all your supplements and vitamins, but my favourite thing here is all the organic loose leaf herbs and teas you can buy. Many options available and you choose how much you want. Yesterday I picked up licorice root, cinnamon sticks and hibiscus. Friendly and knowledgeable team that can help with any questions you may have.

Come here for all your Zero waste soap and detergent refill needs! You can find a huge selection of herbs, tarot cards, salt lamps and chemical free make up, perfume and home made soaps. There's a small, slightly overpriced selection of crystals, but there are two hugely impressive, giant amethyst geodes for you to oogle at! You can tell these guys walk their talk and know their stuff. A definite must visit while in East Van!

The amount of attitude these people give off is exhausting to witness. Very pretentious I will drive across the city to get my vitamins from now on.

I have always come here to find my spiritual and herbal medicine and goodies. The owner and the staff are so kind and helpful. I will always support this business especially one which champions human rights law and the right for all humans to have the right to exercise their bodily autonomy. Ignore all the shills of the covid cult who are obsessed with exerting power and control over people who have legitimate medical conditions which prevent them from wearing the mask

Very knowledgeable staff if you are looking for supplements. They also have refill station for shampoo, laundry and hand soap!

Vancouver is lucky to have a spot like this!Tons of valuable health remedies and fantastic staff.Best Buys are in bulk and their capsule-filling equipment is second to none!

This store is fantastic and a real pillar in the community. Their selection is amazing and the staff always give honest and reliable recommendations. I haven't had one thing from here that hasn't worked for me. Their bulk section is amazing and well priced and it's the best spot to refill non-toxic soap.

Well-stocked health store with helpful and knowledgeable staff. If they don’t have what you’re looking for, they will likely be able to order it. Nice assortment of handmade soaps. Lots of crystals and other goodies for gifts and presents.
