We used Blair's Catering for our wedding. From start to finish, our experience was incredible. The food is amazing, Paulyn and Mark are so lovely and answered all the (many) questions I sent their way, and the service at our wedding was fantastic! We were recommended to Blair's from a friend of a friend, and we would not hesitate to recommend Blair's to anyone catering an event.

Blair's catering really went above and beyond for our August 2019 wedding. The prices were great, and the food was DELICIOUS! Very big portions. Best chicken I've ever had!!! My guests (and us) were so happy and full! Even the taste testing was such a lovely experience. Also, when my husband and I were taking photos in the park after the ceremony, one of their staff members came and found us, and gave us food and water!!! Sooo thoughtful. I was so thoroughly impressed with Blair's catering!!! I will definitely use them again in the future. If you are thinking about booking with Blair's - do it!!! Mark, Pauline, and the entire staff are outstanding. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again guys!

We had a wonderful experience working with Blair's Catering for our July wedding. Leading up to the day, Mark and Paulyn were very helpful, responsive and accommodating - they set-up a great tasting, fielded our many questions and menu changes, and were flexible as our guest count fluctuated with COVID. Day-of everything went extremely smoothly - the food was delicious and many people complimented how great the waitstaff were. The passed apps (including sliders and sweet potato fries!) and late-night grilled cheese bar were a particular hit. We would highly recommend Blair's as an awesome wedding caterer!

Our experience working with Blair's Catering for our church's Christmas Candlelight service was amazing! Mark was prompt in responding to all of my emails, and answered all of my questions. We ordered from the breakfast catering menu and pricing was very competitive, the food was hot and delicious, and the delivery driver was very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend Blair's Catering for your next event, and would gladly work with them again in the future!

Absolutely incredible food & service EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! The food is always mouth watering perfect, presentation is always incredible and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We used Blairs for a company breakfast and for our site level holiday dinner. Both meals were excellent! The food was fresh and piping hot and tasted wonderful (the stuffed chicken breasts were to die for!!). Mark and his team were great to deal with. Our team was very pleased with everything. No question, we will use Blairs again for any staff/site needs!
