IMAGINE HAVING CASH IN HAND AND BEING REFUSED SERVICE . Worst experience in a shoppers drut mart EVER! So today Thanksgiving Monday 2021 at 5:45 pm 15 minutes before the store closed i arrived to purchase some medicine for my child and was refused because the employees had closed all cashiers 15 mins early . I waited outside store only to watch all employees come out 3 mins after 6 pm just curious how they sanitize the store properly in 3 mins after customers leave ?

This is the worst shoppers I have ever been to, stuff there is very rude and their manager chose to help their rude stuff unconditionally. That make me sick, I will never go there again.

If I could give 0 I would. Absolutely 0 staff in any isle just 1 cashier and 1 at the cosmetic counter. Came in for baby formula and they have a sign saying in stock ask an associate. Nobody to be found so I go to the cashier and she calls someone and of course nothing available. You shouldn’t have signs up stating items are in stock only to be out of stock.

Useless employees, looking for a product clearly in stock on their website, lazy and wouldn't even help me find it, employer should fire these paycheck thieves.

Terible service. Was told that they needed 45 min in order to get my antibiotics and papher. They will call me. After 4 hours they did not call.

This Shoppers always makes errors , and the pharmacists and pharmacists assistants are SO rude on top of it .1st error , my RX was sent for the glucometer , needles and the test strips . They gave me the needles and test strips and no glucometer. It's not that difficult to read a prescription . I sent my poor husband back to pick it up.The second time a prescription was sent was for the Insulin and the flex pen. The insulin was given but not the Flex pen .Umm how do I inject myself without the pen? Once again I go back to my Dr and she checks the RX and says no it's on there.Once again I will send my husband to pick it up .I'm pregnant with GDM this is absolutely essential to get this correct.Makes you wonder how many other more prescriptions have not been read right!What ever happened to patient care and customer service !

Came by to purchase some Shampoos today and the girl with the blonde mid length hair & fabulous green/pink nails that was in the beauty boutique was amazing. She had so much patience with me even though i made a mistake and scanned the wrong optimum card. She had to re-enter the rainchecks all over again. I felt super horrible for being such a pain.. i should have been more careful and double checked. Lucky she was super sweet about it! I will definitely be coming back to shop here at this location more often

Pharmacist Karen and Lisa …. Worst I have ever seen . Prescription kept sitting there for hours and they don’t even have courtesy to inform the patient that the medicines are Unavailable . Called to speak with them and all they kept saying they were busy, both blaming on each other for missing to call and moreover blamed the doc to send the prescription to this location .My meds are delayed by 24 hours as the location that has it was closed by the time I reach there (smiths Pharmacy) . Have to live with skin rash for another day.I don’t usually post review but this forced me to post . Worst location ….. advice - look for different locations for your medications .
