Dr Chrissy is professional, efficient and kind! I took my children and myself for our annual eye check up and it was quick and efficient. Both the receptionist and the dr are wonderful!

I request don't go there .Really bed experience this clinic must be close soon as possible they are not professional, very bed behavior, cheapest mentality, ugly treat please I request all don't go north hill eye clinic they are playing with the patient I went with my child reached there early and waiting 30mints over my appointment my child was crying the doctor and receptionist both are inside the room door was close....they sleep in the room. they don't care patient outside and waiting over 30mints

Professional and friendly staff, the optometrist was fantastic - much more helpful with my progressives in 5 minutes than the last optometrist! I highly recommend this clinic and will let anyone I know who needs an optometrist.

Dr. Hines was exceptional! Our whole family went in for an eye exam and the whole atmosphere when we entered was welcoming. The receptionist was nice and helpful. The process was straightforward, brief, but thorough. Dr. Hines was very nice, kind, and answered our questions in a friendly manner. It was such a great overall experience. Thank you, Dr. Chrissy!

It took me a bit to post this but I can Confidently say this was the best customer service I've ever had in 41 years of my life.. not only is everyone very nice and helpful but the receptionists actually sent a letter to my insurance asking to cover something that wasn't, all to make my glasses experience perfect. They got everything covered and told me my glasses would be ready in 10 days.. they were ready in less than 24 hoursI used to go to the other eye place in this mall and the only thing they strive to do is the bare minimum.. I had zero clue that all these extras even could be covered! Which puzzles me as to why they wouldn't want to do this as it brings in more revenue. Do not go there! If you are looking for a perfect experience with people who care this office is the place to beI honestly hope you guys bankrupt the other optometry place a few doors down for 2 reasons1. It's a corporation2. They simply don't strive to completely satisfy their customers...unlike you guys!Thank you againI will be in shortly for an adjustment!

They are pretty awesome. I had my sunglasses nose pads kind of broken, and it took 15 minutes for them to replace those, and they refused to charge me. That was so nice and totally unexpected. Thank you guys! :)

The doctor? and the receptionist were very good with their explanations. Any questions or information I needed,they knew. Receptionist was a very lovely lady whom was very good at demonstrating how to for firsttime contact users like me.

My First visit went well, Dr. Chrissy Hines was nice to deal with and really seems to know her stuff, She got my eye fixed up and told me she would get me into new drops by the next visit (needed for glaucoma), The second visit was a waste of time (lost a half day of pay) had my pressures tested but no drops again, I was told i would get drops on the 3rd visit, The third visit again wasted my time (lost another half day of pay) For What? Nothing, Still no drops :( and Like all the other visits I had to contend with a rude Receptionist with the personality of a Turnip. So here I am with high eye pressures as well as losing a full days pay and Now I have to go back to the Mitchell eye center that I really wanted to avoid.
