Circle K

Store closes its doors around 1245 every night and doesn't open until after 2am. Cashier puts be back in 5 minutes however the door remains locked for a minimum of a hour. Just posting this so the owner is aware he has customers waiting to get in and losing money from having people walk away. Get a new cashier.

Came here for the Frosty Swirl and the ice cream machine was broken. Staff was not very nice about it either!Go to the Circle K on Cook St, their machines work and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Terrible overall experience, will not be returning. Was sold the wrong product, refused a refund or exchange. Very incompetent and callous staff.

The night guy stole from me tonight. Charged me three times saying it was declined every time and then i pulled out 20 bucks from the bank machine paid again with cash and walked out to check bank online. Yes indeed he ripped me off and chuckled to his buddies about it the sad part is that I remember this happening to someone else there and myself previously. Date of crime Nov 17th 2021 will call corporate headquarters as he said he was the manager

Cashier was friendly and nice. Even with the finical situation. He was cool helped out in a great pinch. Well variety of quick grabs to choose from.

Sat outside of the macs with 4 other people waiting for the young clerk to return from his apparent break" in the backroom. 25 minutes we all stood there

We previously came here in the evening on a Thursday, and we're greeted warmly by a very cheerful, and kind gentleman, who was working, and left feeling well and adequately served and used the washroom.service.Upon returning the next day in the early hours of the afternoon to briefly use the restrooms and buy some cigarettes we requested to use the restroom once more we were very coldly told they had none by one named Ajay. For his discretion I won't mention his last name, but he was very hostile towards us for no reason whatsoever. When we politely mentioned we had used them yesterday, he said we have them but not for you. I was so unimpressed and will not be returning to this location or any other Circle K for that matter.Please review your staff and look into better ways of customer service.1/10 I would say lower if I could go, I will not stand for disrespect.I rarely complain but this was to much to over look.

Deeraj is an awesome clerk. Great sense of humor. The owner is friendly and approachable and HONEST. BEST COFFEE DEAL IN THE ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD! I know, because I comparison shop very very very carefully. Refills on Coffee are $1.05 a cup. They have a wide selection of stuff to add to your coffee, and wooden stir sticks. You can get the New York Times and soon they will also have The New Yorker (my go to news from New York because of Sy Hersh... although he's been censored lately too :( ) All in all, I am pleased to have Mac's in this neck of the woods. And believe it or not, Mac's coffee is as good, if not better than Tim Horton's. Not quite as good as MacDonald's... but far less bitter than Starbucks pike place. If the coffee is not hot, they will make you a fresh pot. I'd love to work here some day. All the staff I have met are friendly and easy to talk to.

I know that staffing is tough. But the employee on Monday morning at 6am on January 30th couldn't make coffee couldn't make a lottery purchase couldn't answer or didn't understand my question as to when the next employee was in. What's the point of circle k even being open ?Gadzooks a teeny bit of training is asking too much ?
