bought some stuff for my girlfriend online, saved money here instead of amazon.. .

Was approached by a sales rep at a kiosk in a mall, and declined because I didn’t have the time to listen to it, she stepped in front of me and then pulled me by my jacket over towards her chair. I kept declining and once she showed me the price I knew I couldn’t afford it. I also told her I can’t straighten my hair as it’s very fine and will break at the slightest bit of heat. She told me it wouldn’t break or kill my hair because it was steam, and not a regular straightener. i told her I’d think about it and come back maybe and she kept saying i could return it if I changed my mind. Rep was extremely pushy and predatory.She kept lowering the price and telling me she would give me her discount if I didn’t tell anyone, and that if I didn’t love the product I could return it as long as it was in original packaging, as well as it had a lifetime warranty.I ended up buying a straightener because she wouldn’t let me leave and I would return it ASAP another day. Went to return it and was told that all items are final sale!! Even though all pieces were in original packaging and the rep told me I could return.Called the customer service line, spoke to Sara who said to email her and I did explaining everything immediately after getting off the phone with her. She said she would get back to me within 48 hours, it’s been 4 days and still nothing. I spent almost $300 on products from here and so far haven’t had any luck trying to reach customer service again. This is ridiculous for a company to ignore.Not only did the rep lie about the return policy, she also lied about the warranty. I’ve seen other reviews online of this company as well that align with my experiences. I will never be buying from this company again.
