GLOW AUTO WASH 10TH ST

The best drive through wash I've had in probably 20 years, the attendant was professional and friendly and did a great job of pre treating my van. My white van came out spotless and gleaming.The price was very reasonable, towards the lower end of what I expect to pay for a drive through wash.

So I’m sitting in my car at the Glow Auto Wash in Salmon Arm BC. It’s -3 and they have a fellow in his yellow rain suit pressure washing the car before it goes into the tunnel. It came out the end awesome. I don’t know if the fellow is the owner or employee. Irregardless there should be a tip jar. Best $15.00 bucks I’ve spent in a while. Car wash gift cards would be an awesome idea and support local small businesses.

Very unhappy! The price has doubled, the machine would not take my credit card, and the change machine would not take my $10 bill. I didn’t have enough change, so had to call my partner to come With more change, as my car was covered in foam. I will never go to this company’s car wash again

Review is specific to Glow Auto self-serve wand wash - a very convenient option for the winter season in Salmon Arm. Both Glow locations in Salmon Arm are affected.During the winter season, I used to visit one of these locations to blow off the snow and maybe just a little dirt before returning home to my garage. A proper wash is useless in winter, but the $2 or $3 I spent each day was a defendable luxury.Recently, the price has been increased to $5 with the explanation that they are attempting to dissuade a certain type of truck from using their equipment. Previous cost increases have been made incrementally, usually with less wash time with each coin inserted.I don't need $5 worth of time, and I expect others feel the same way. Visited the Lakeshore location today, and all three bays are bone dry - no doubt due to lack of use over an extended period of time.Although I was only spending $15 each week to have a quick wash, spending double that is completely out of the question. Car is consistently dirty now, as opposed to the 20 minutes clean per day as it was last winter.If you wanted to slow down business a little, perhaps increasing the start cost to $3 (50%) might have been a better option. If your intent is to dissuade most anyone from using it, congratulations - you have succeeded.

When this first opened I was extremely pleased with the results on my 2021 F150.However; the last 2 x's I have visited paying$16 and $24 were LESS than satisfactory. I noticed there was still road grime along the tailgate of the truck, where there is contour in the body there was dirt remaining. wheel wells still had mud in them, Running boards still had mud on them. When I say mud, it is not because there was Excessive mud as though I was out mud dragging at all. Just normal road and dirt road pick up. The menu indicates a prewash or attendant spray but it was disappointing. I live out of town in Tappen Area but did not notice until I got home. I will be washing it myself for $10.

Clean and reliable car wash. It’s about $1/minute for the wash when doing it yourself. In $4 your car will be clean. The vacuums seems to be about $1/2-3minutes. Very powerful vacuums - they really suck!

This is an example of a customer being 100% wrong, and a business making it 100% right. I made a mistake by not turning the wash off after I had used my CC. Thomas was very kind and fixed it...and then offered me a free tunnel wash!Service like that is extremely rare these days. He was absolutely amazing. They have my business from now on. They should have yours too.

Nice facility... but way too expensive. 24$ to thoroughly self wand and brush wash my truck.

Used the self service bay today and it was amazing. Warm water, tons of soap on the brush. Amazing!
