Terrible customer service. I ordered a cappuccino. The cashier made the drink and put it beside the counter. I went over to wait for my number to be called. My number wasn't even on the board and higher numbers were served. I stood there for 10 minutes starring at what I thought was my drink. I had to ask them if it was my drink and why was I not on the board. No answer from both ladies. It was now my cold cappuccino. Unorganized and no communication. Between staff. Medium cappuccino half full cup.

It felt like a normal McDonalds. I ordered at around midnight and the turnaround time was 15 minutes. As long as you don’t expect too much, you will be content. The only negative part was that the area looks a little rundown.

New updated review, should be able to give 0*. Again, I am complaining about this store. It is a nightmare. Unfriendly, staff who CAN’T read!10 minutes for the order. Cold hash brown, no Splenda or ketchup provided which I specifically put on the order. They gave me salsa instead. When I tried to tell them they just ignored me, I ended up just leaving!This store NEEDS STAFF TRAINING. I go there often because it’s the closest, I’m now thinking I should stick to Tim Hortons instead!!Updated review now 1*: Just been back here, and this lot are useless. Can never read. Ordered grand Big Mac bacon, first time trying it and then they do a regular. So disappointed! Also just lettuce that’s it. Use another location if you can.Past review 2*: Has to be the slowest in the world. Always preorder using the app, have the order sent way before I get there and I still have to wait another 10 minutes. This is not a one off, but every time.

This is my second time that I got a fish fillet sandwich, but I actually ordered “double filet O Fish” sandwich for takeout, and it feel bad that I realize is not worth to drive back to the store when I am at home, the thing is, this is my second time, which make me feel this is not coincidence anymore, I like M, but I don’t like this store

Good was good I had no issue with them. I ordered with kiosk and only waited about 5min . I do think they need more staff, I noticed people waiting to make orders with cash .There is no drive through at this location. You will have to walk in to plaza your order . Easy to locate and visible once you enter the complex .

Hair in my food.Im sitting here eating and noticed a freakin hair in my fries. And I’m pretty sure that’s not my hair cuz my mine’s straight and much thicker.

Clearly the owner needs to get some more staff at this location. Literally 20-30 people waiting for their food regularly for 10-20 minutes.Sometimes you wait that long for just a cup of coffee.Just check out other McD’s.
