Ordered a team lunch from this place through Ubereats and as soon as we opened one of the lids a cockroach jumped out onto the table. The most disgusting experience all of us ever had with food. Clearly the sanitary quality at this place is horrible.Editing in response to owner's comment: wrote an email to the address provided and followed up a few days later - crickets. Blaming a supplier for their own insect infestation is a poor attempt at deflection.

Worst location ever..!I literally go to Freshii everyday I asked for a Oxaca Bowl and all it looks to me is brown rice. Just have a look at the picture, no salad just rice.. Two girls working there both were busy giggling with each other and didn’t see what they were making..

I. A lunch break after shopping near Heartland, we found refuge at this Freshii after wanting to eat something light and healthy.Ordered an Oaxaca, an Umami bowl and a Spicy Lemongrass Soup. Not overly busy, but the girls were cheerful and kind. However they seemed to be rushing through the order taking and making for some reason. There was no lineup or no one behind us. When asked for here or to go, we said for here. All the orders were given in takeaway bowls. Hate to make unnecessary waste.The bowls with tofu was made perfectly. The Oaxaca was replaced with the peanut sauce, but didn’t go well.(Note to self:Don’t do this next time). The Umami made well and the soup perfect. The rice noodles a bit a la dente for our taste as it had a bite to it. Will see if they can make it a bit more cooked.Would definitely go back to this location again.

Me and my friend went here for the first time and I just have to say I am glad we did! Nadia introduced us to different combinations that we could buy! We ended up getting pangoa (left side on the pic) and oaxaca bowl (right side of the pic). 10/10 would come back again.

Great place to get healthy food and do a good quick meeting in a positive atmosphere. The food was spectacular as was the service. All of the ingredients were extremely fresh and I will definitely be back!! Check this place out if you haven't!!

I usually order the Oaxaca bowl from Freshii, and the blend of fresh ingredients plus the addition of chicken makes a great, healthy meal. For those who think it needs a touch of flavour, try adding an extra bit of sauce. Highly recommend it!

I've been to this particular location a couple of times before and quality and service was pretty vanilla -- adequate, but nothing special. However, this time around I did not like my experience.I came in and ordered 2 chimichurri plates. The staff member proceeded to make my salads but neglected to ask me for my choice of protein. So I told her I wanted steak for both. She then said that the chimichurri comes with chicken and if I want steak it would be extra. But I pointed out to her that it says your choice of protein" on their menu boards

Look at the pictures. This is on a tuesday. Food was garbage. Employees are worst. Marketing practices are illegal and false advertising shouldn't be exploited to get people to walk into your business
