I really want to recommend this place. I was going to Kingston for a family emergency and I had a big problem with my car in Brokeville. I did not find anyone that could help me neither Canadian tire nor others so I called to Welburn Service and the lady who helped me was really kind and she told me that she would help me get the car fixed , she gave me the address and I arrived there at 8 am and the car was ready at 2 pm . They were very kind and I am very thankful for the lady, employee that you have.

Welburns is a great place to have your vehicle repaired or having a wheel alignment done . The people were very nice and I thought the charger was reasonable for the alignment I had done!!! I will go back in the future!!!

I brought in a Volkswagen CC with a pretty bad smoking and misfiring issue. I thought it might be PCV or turbo related, but Craig pointed out it was injectors and described in detail how he came to that conclusion. They went over everything else the car needed while it was in. I got the car back, and it runs better than ever with no smoke issues! Very impressed with the level of service here!

I would recommend this shop to anyone! 10/10 their service is awesome very professional, fast service and when I pick my car up the problem is fixed as it should be! I have had bad experiences with shops I will forever go to welburns they are the most honest people I’ve met.

Couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received thus far from Dawn and the Welburn team. Since buying my first vehicle 3 months ago I’ve been to Welburn for servicing a couple times and each time Dawn goes above and beyond to make sure I’m looked after, she helps me understand what is needed and makes recommendations when needed. Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable - I always leave with peace of mind.Keep up the great work!
