Buffet to Go!

this place is horrible! Do NOT EAT HERE. After spending $40 on two large plates for our family night out we proceeded to walk out the door, well the bag ripped causing both large plates to fall on the ground right outside the door. 1 pate was ok but the other was all over the concrete. After proceeding to scoop all the food back into the container i went right back into the store to explain what had happened. After trying to explain what happened due to no real fault of ours they said i would have to buy a whole new plate at full price. i then proceeded to explain how they packaged the meals and all i did was walk with 2 kids to my car when their bag ripped. What kind of place makes a customer pay full price after a accident that was no fault of mine. They then proceeded to yell at me to watch my kids better and it was my fault. I left the food on the counter and watched them then start to empty my food back into the food bins they serve other people out of. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Horrible treatment of people in general and not to mention replacing food that was on the ground in a parking lot back into the bins they serve the next customers out of. Way to go Buffet To Go!!!!!

I'm not a big fan of Chinese food but this one is great. I prefer by far the Manchu Wok at regent mall.Soup and fried rice was fade.Noodles, veggies, general tao, shrimps and fried wonton was awesome.Service is amazing.Price are OK.

we just witnesses a woman leave the store when her bag broke open as we were heading inside the store for dinner. A minute later we watched her come back into the store proceed to ask them to replace the meal that fell onto the ground. After some back and forth we watched the older gentleman start to yell at her and tell her it was her fault. I am sorry but no customer that just actually brought you business should be treated like that. we watched them scoop the food back into the containers and we left right away. No thanks. We have eaten her many times before but that is just bad practice and bad way to treat people. I think they need a visit from the health inspector.

Do not go to this buffet. Go to the one in Ormocoto. They let you pick your food and you can fill up the take out bowl as much as you want. The good is much fresher and tastier there. The one in Fredricton is dry and the workers aren’t friendly. You also don’t get what you pay for by far ! Take my word. Ormocto everyone. You get your moneys worth.

I love buffet to go, recently their prices went up, which Is understandable. Today was my last visit, the portion sizes are now smaller with the price staying at $14 and there was no flavour. The food is not worth the money anymore and i will be looking for a new place for my cravings

They have changed the size of there containers recently. Instead of a small and large, they now have a small, medium, and large, however the large is now a narrow and long container which seems smaller than the old large and the medium seems smaller than the previous small. The attendant was not overly accommodating either. I don't go here often anymore, the atmosphere has become uncomfortable and somewhat hostile I find. I find Manchu Wok to be better quality but it is less convenient to go to the mall for sudo-chinese food.

Visited yesterday for dinner. Everything was hot and delicious!! Fresh chicken wings were ready just as the other batch was finished (and even that old batch was hot and yummy). The woman who put together my bowl was so warm, friendly and generous with the portions. This will become a regular spot for my family. Good price, nice people, and great food! Thank you from 4 VERY happy, new customers.
