Order was delivered in a timely manner. Products were as expected (I didn't measure but they seem right).There was not a good selection for the small sizes I wanted so I had to order smaller.

I got the magnets a little bit late. The time for sending back the magnets were too short. It seems that there is no time to evaluate a product for its intended use and by the time it is assessed it is too late to return. For product marketing point of view, that seems short sighted. I use the products for fixing speakers and sound systems. and there are not too many places to buy this products close to a major centre like Vancouver.. Very sad in my country where everything is well supplied but not so for these type of items without costs even though the costs are minimal. A distributer should be found on the west side of the country to supply efe market more appropriately.
