Oxygen Yoga and Fitness Braeside
I really enjoy the yin style yoga on Sundays with Danny. He does a very good job at explaining how to do the poses down to the small details that make all the difference in the sensations you feel during the poses. He also does a great job at creating a welcoming and meditative atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend this place if you're new or seasoned. :)

This place is such a gem in Braeside!There is a great variety of amazing workouts and instructors that are sure to challenge muscles you didn’t even know you had!The workouts are also designed for all fitness levels with modifications for beginners and challenges for advance. It also feels really good to workout in the heat!I highly recommend giving this place a try, chances are you will be hooked! I have been coming here on and off for years

I tried to cancel my membership due to finding out that I am pregnant so I cannot psychically be in a hot room, I am not on a contract and I gave 2 weeks notice but they will still charge me a full month membership fee as I didn’t give a month notice. Absolutely ridiculous after going here for over a year with no contract. Was planning on coming back after baby but now I will not be returning after this.

Fantastic studio! The staff is super friendly, they always have fun challenges and activities going on that my husband and I love. Zumba classes with Liz are so much fun and an awesome workout, she is such a great instructor!

I brought a weekly pass. It was pretty good. All instructors are friendly. Except one time when I signed for hot yoga class the receptionist kick me out because I was late for one minute. Overall, the group class and the environment are excellent except the receptionist. I won’t go to this location if this receptionist still there for my next visit.

Amazing experience! Went regularly on and off for about 6-8 months. The variety of classes offered at this studio is super accommodating to all different levels of experience. The staff was super friendly and polite. Made an effort to assist in my practice when i required it but did not push me to be perfect. I really appreciated that! Membership and class pricing was fair considering the level of customer service and quality of classes. Also known to offer great incentives and specials! I would recommend this studio to anyone in the area considering it!

I came to try out the two week unlimited coupon I got from a coupon book. I never did yoga before and found it great to go. The instructors there will help find the right pose and give you the best help. The staff is friendly and it's great learning a new way to improve my health. Only mistake I made my first day is I forgot to bring a water bottle, so bring one because when it says the class is warm the room is warm.

Fabulous studio, I love the heat, very clean, friendly, cold lemon grass scented towels at the end of a yoga session, and Danny is my favourite instructor…so positive, excellent instruction with modifications, personable, and consistently changing up the sequencing. And lots of free parking. Well priced. Quick response to email queries.

I love this place. The staff is so nice and supportive and people who attend are so nice. It's really like entering a place and automatically feeling like family. The prices are great. The class selection is amazing. Such a great variety of styles of classes. Fitness/yoga/zumba and pilates! They have just what I'm needing at all times of day. It doesn't even matter that they don't have a shower because I go straight home after... and most public showers are kind of dirty anyway. Good Job Oxygen! I love it!
