For starters, the gentleman (owner) showed up 30 minutes late with an attitude: no call to inform us or an apology upon arrival - very unprofessional. During the entire quote (for siding the home) he argued instead of listening what our vision was for the home. When we Initially called, we were quoted a lower price / sq ft, when he arrived, he tripled it then added labour on top of that - very inconsistent. Also, didn’t come prepared with samples - told us to visit his location instead. Lastly, promised to send a ‘virtual photo’ of the project - we never received that email. We felt, if your home isn’t ‘large enough to make a profit’ you unfortunately don’t hear back from the company. Going forward, please obtain multiple quotes from different companies and pick the one who dedicates their time to you!!

KD Exterior supplied windows and installed a few for us. Although the wait time for the windows did seem excessive it isn't their fault. They did a wonderful job with the install and even had no issues with the additional install we requested last minute. Thank you for all the help and for the advice.

Shortly after they started up i got a quote from them to side my house. Made an appointment to have the work done. They never showed and wouldnt return my calls. After repeated efforts to hold them to their quote I finally gave up, but I definately dont ever recommend them to people.

Great company and great workers. Even in bad weather, the crew was slugging it out. Our house looks brand new. Great workmanship. They answered our call right away while other companies did not respond. I highly recommend this company.

I rushed in there with a last minute urgent need for a window, and I did not have any idea what I was talking about. The staff were very patient, knowledgeable, and just from some pictures were able to decipher what I was asking for. KD exterior saved my day!

Made an appointment for a quote. He didn’t show, I called and finally showed 90 min later. Was personable when he finally showed and took measurements. He told me he would have quote to within a cpl of days. Two weeks of not hearing anything, I called. He apologized and told me my quote would be ready the next day. It’s been a month and still no quote. I feel that if they didn’t want my business he should have just said that and not wasted my time.

Had KD work on two of our houses over the past few years and the work they do is impeccable. Highly recommend them for any exterior work that needs to be done. They cut in a new window for us and you'd think it was always there from when the home was first built in 1912!!

I had KD Exteriors install 10 windows, 5 on my 2nd floor and 5 in the basement. New soffits, fascia, and eaves were also installed.Kevin came out to quote the job and gave us a price we couldn't refuse. He and his staff were great to communicate with throughout the job.His workers on the job were professional at all times. The site was clean both outside and inside the house. The workmanship was top notch. They went above and beyond to fix parging, route eaves, and run caulking wherever we requested.Couldn't be happier with the job they did.
