I use to go in all the time when the girl with the red hair was in there since she left i havent gone back. I find the pizza tasteless and not the same since she hasnt been there. it took forever for me to get my pizza and it was just an extra large pepperoni. The other issue i had when i went in i had some kids in front of me and they got charged less for their slice and pop then I was i questioned and they said it was only for students.

Called in about pizza quality and service only to be hung up on. Went from weekly orders to monthly to sadly potentially our last. What was once a pizza place I told people they had to try to a shear disappointment highly recommend going else where. Pricing does not match the menu food quality seems nonexistent, half the time no delivery drivers. Our party pizzas this evening came in 5 boxes... 3 for 1 pizza 2 for the other... not sure how the same size pizzas take up different number of boxes. Will not be ordering again very sad to have to find a new pizza place after 10 years.

Best tandoori chicken pizza I had ever, The guy was Punjabi on the Counter and he helped me while making a good choice and I ordered tandoori chicken and within 20 minutes the pizza was in my plate and It was so delicious that I cannot explain in words. I recommend you all to a Indian style pizza there.Thank you

Absolutely disgusting. My family has been getting pizza from Pizza Plus and Subs for 11 years but ever since “I heart pizza” took over it has never been the same. We still ordered pizza from I heart pizza just because it is local, but the quality is horrible. It’s either burnt or not enough sauce. Today at lunch I ordered a pizza slice, I was eating it and I found BUGS in my pizza. Absolutely unsanitary, disgusted and disappointed. Will never go here again. Also not to mention the employee working was wearing his pyjamas? That’s also so unsanitary and unprofessional on so many different levels.

The best pizza I had in Canada. They made the perfect mix of pizza and Indian spices. Desi toppings was perfect.The base has less salt but it helps to elevate the spices more. If you get sahi pannner or chicken they use curry as base which makes it perfect.

I have lived in the east end for over 20 years and usually ordered pizza once or twice a week. Since ownership change quality is not there. Last weekend I ordered a panzerotti. With a few extra toppings. It came to 25 dollars a bit expensive, but I love their panzerottis. I arrived at the store 35 to 40 minutes after ordering, and it had yet to be made and waited another 20 min. It was a small, pale, unappealing panzerotti. No golden colour on the outside asnit usually is. With some garlic butter spread with some white pieces. It was pale and very unappealing. I spoke with the guy working that I wasn't happy and he would make another and if I could wait another 15 20 minutes. Are you serious? I have waited over an hr already for an over- priced panzerotti. I asked the guy behind the counter if he thought it was appealing and if he would eat it. He would not say he would. I paid and threw it in the garbage in the store as I wasn't eating it and nor waiting. I was not impressed and will now order from large box pizza joints instead. Severely disappointed.

EDIT - My phone number was repeated 3 times and read back to me correctly , it would be in my order details from Uber Eats as well.I had an issue with my order on February 6th. I called the store immediately after our delivery was made (approximately 8:30 PM) the girl on the phone told me if it was up to her, she'd help me out, but she doens't have the authority and the owner/manager was not in. I left my name and phone number and asked for the owner/manager to call me ASAP the next day to discuss and see if anything could be done. It has been over 2 weeks now and I have not received a call back. Very disappointing as my husband and I have been regular customers (1-2 orders a month for 6+ years, he alone for years before that as well) but will not be returning until we hear from the owner with an explanation for the delay.

Wow what used to be an amazing reliable nostalgic place has my appetite completely lost. New owners everything from the dough, cheese, sauce is nothing like it used to be. Not only did i call to place the order but was put on hold for 5minutes then forgot about,. My pizza that was estimated 20-25m took 50 minutes and it wasn't even that busy honestly!!! I paid prior to receiving and wish i hadn’t ! Opened the box in store and wow i asked for extra sauce it was dry to the bone crusts large just waste of my time and money i asked for a refund told they can take the pizza and put extra cheese and put it back in the oven i said no thanks they didn't issue me a refund and wasted more time waiting on a new pizza to be made to be absolutely unsatisfied the cheese is bungy like tasting rubbery plastic i just will never ever go here again just disgusting not sure how long they will be in business hopefully they are OUT OF THIS PLAZA SOON…. MOE PLZ COMEBACK UGH!;(
