I started learning Muay Thai from scratch with Philip in February this year. We have two lessons per week, and it has been five months since then.Philip is very attentive and tailors the training program according to each student's individual conditions and needs, gradually increasing the intensity. In these five months, I have been pleasantly surprised to see the changes in myself. Not only has my strength improved, but also my flexibility and agility. Muay Thai is my favorite sport among all now, as it not only exercises the body but also teaches practical combat skills, and allows me to effectively release stress.Highly recommend Philip!

Great class for beginners looking to improve their fitness and learn Muay Thai or Boxing, but also fantastic for more advanced people who have already been training. Amazing Coach Phillip! Not only is his knowledge and training methods in Muay Thai ensuring our constant improvement and challenges, but he is also incredibly patient, approachable, and dedicated to students' progress (we trained in a group of 3) He actually takes the time to provide individualized feedback, corrections, and encouragement, which have been instrumental in my growth in Muay Thai. My friends and I have had nothing short of an amazing experience!!!

Coach Phil was one of my first Muay Thai coaches when I first started. Attentive and detail-oriented, he was quick to correct me when I was kicking incorrectly or when I wasn't doing a combo correctly. He was one of the reasons I continued after my first couple of classes. An awesome coach, everyone should come give this gym a try.
