Janine is a superstar, she listens to what you say and also what your body is telling her. I tore both my rotator cuffs at the same time at work and with Janine's help I am still able to do my job. If your looking for someone experienced with shoulder injuries you won't find A better massage therapist on the island

Northfield Massage Therapy
As a golfer, I expected my swing had caused irreparable damage to my hips and shoulders. I expected wrong. For over three years I have been coming to Janine to sort me out after too many rounds. Not only has she got me out of the pain and discomfort I have been experiencing for decades, but my mobility and flexibility has me playing my best golf in 15 years. She's so professional, by the book, and kind. Thank you Janine.

I have had ongoing issues with shoulder/ back pain due to an old injury and was pleased with the pressure and communication Janine provided. She was attentive throughout and focused a little more attention to the areas that needed it.An added bonus- she files the claim with Blue Cross right there, so no work for me! I already booked my next appointment!

Probably one of the best massages I've ever had. Came in with a bad pinched nerve in my neck. Although physio was the answer in the end, the massage was amazing and relieved some of the pain I was in.
