The team at East Hills Costco are simply professional and courteous! So impressed. I will continue to purchase all our mobile products and services at thier Kiosk. Special thanks to Nabeel at the Wireless Kiosk. Nabeel is well versed and very helpful. Just purchased the new Google Pixel 7 last evening and the entire process was smooth and pain free. Too slow staffTalking eachother instead of attaining customer.Taking too long for 1 customerMy number was 4 in queue and i left after 2 hours and 40 minutes but still i was in queue..Definitely i will never visit your store as well as suggest my family and friends not to visit your store.

Sukhvir was helping me out! Hands down the best customer service I ever received, he was really patient and took his time to explain to me my phone plan and the different options that are open to me as well. I would highly recommend Sukhvir to anyone that wants to have a pleasant, non rushed and without any frustration experience when shopping for a new phone deal!!

Kiranpreet was extremely helpful and courteous. Answered all my questions, gave multiple options, offered options and never pressured. Great experience dealing with her. Shop has good selection of phones, accessories and plans. Deals were really competitive or better.

I normally don’t leave any review. Amanjit extremely helpful and tried to solve the issues with old carrier. It took even 4 days and she works hard to get it work. We learned it is important where you go and who you are dealing with. Before we go to her, we went other Costco wireless locations. If we didn’t meet her, I am for sure we couldn’t get the phones. Thank you so much helping us Amanjit~

Jatin at Virgin Mobile was excellent, he was very open minded on our needs and gave us tips to save money and how to buy a phone at the right time. I would 100% come back to buy a phone from him and recommend him to others as well.

Very good experience, sales representative Sukh was friendly, professional and helpful. He went out of his way to find the phones I requested and he took his time to explain the current promotions they are having. I would buy from him again. He was recommend by another very satisfied customer.
