Zero star experience.Manager Name: Sharon i never saw that much rude person in customer service before, most lazy person, when we try to talk with her about the issue her reply was “I don’t care” if she got issues or bad attitude this kind of workers should quit job if they can’t serve people well. She spoiled up someone’s day. Never went to tim hortons who’s customer service is this poor. People are paying to get coffee not to deal with someone’s bad behaviour.Shame on tim Hortons employees, her attitude is a big slap on customers face.

—-UPDATE: I’LL NOT ONLY BE AVOIDING THIS LOCATION BUT ALL TIM HORTONS—-I called in July 1st about this incident (see original post below) and the customer rep told me over the phone that they’ll escalate this to corporate and that a refund will be issued (given that I need to drive 40 minutes to this location). Two days later I receive an email from Tim Hortons that I need to go to the store to get a refund.Ok. Bye Tim’s.—-Original post —-AVOID THIS LOCATION.We placed a mobile order with 2 bowls and a drink and was here for pick up. Upon arrival, we were told by the staff that they didn’t have any of the items but we can come back tomorrow to pick it up. We live 100 km away from the location so we asked if they could cancel our order and give us a refund since we already paid for the order via the mobile app. The staff told us they have no authorization to do that and told us to request a refund through the app. The app requested us to fill out a form (no helpline, to save money, of course)and so we drove home and I filled out the form en route. When we got a reply, the digital team said that only the store can refund us and the digital team has no control over that. So apparently no one will refund my order now?????1) Tim’s need to get their mobile and physical store interaction together to let customers know when items are out of stock at a location.2) There needs to be proper training to the staff about who has what authorization.This is a disgrace to the brand.

Just got habanero chicken wrap paid $9 for it was only 3 inch long half the size of a actual wrap at other locations see pic its a medium ice capp and its even smaller than that and girl said i put everything in it lol what a joke

Very fast service however food quality very disappointing. Ordered a Bagel BELT (Bacon Egg Lettuce tomato) but received a bagel with one cold piece of bacon, slice of cheese and egg fallen out of the bagel. Not even sure what it was. Should have taken a picture….

I ordered one chai tea and a caprese sandwich on crisant and hashbrown inside the crisant at 11:30 AM and there was no hashbrown inside the crisant and the charge it from and tea was also very bad. I don’t think they even ster it one time it was very bad. I wasted all my break. I was unable to go back because there was a-lot of trafic and my break was already wasted. And this was not first time I came so many time before on this. I think this is the worst tim ever.

It took three rounds to complete my order. They don’t even know what is quarter coffee. And second they didn’t put extra base and cream in ice coffee. After all of this they forgot to put hash browns in my order. And they feel like nothing could happened. Such a bad server… never recommend

They don't let use their washroom even though it's available and delight on your face that it's cleaning but it's not. And when you read there was nobody inside the washroom. The brown a****** guy over there set it's cleaning and he lied and everybody telling him why are you doing this Petro gas station and Tim Horton not worth it

The men's washroom is one step away from being a Septic tank. The toilet wobbles huges. The floor is constantly really wet. I am guessing from the Toilet. The privacy barrier at the floor has opened and is rotting with rust. It's time to clean up and renovate.
