Wheels for the wise in Atlantic Canada (Fredericton) is Prompt, friendly, and safe. The ride service provided was excellent. I now recommend it to my fellow veterans as some appointments can be challenging to arrange transportation to normally but no longer since finding out about Wheel for the Wise!

We live some distance from my mom and Wheels for the Wise has provided top-notch service for getting Mom to medical and dental appointments. When she needed new glasses, WFTW was right there to get Mom to the optician and accompanied her in while she had her new specs fitted. I called a few times at short notice and WFTW always managed to accommodate.The personal interest taken by WFTW in the welfare of my mother is very important to me and it says a lot about the company and their commitment to serving those who can't get around easily on their own. Their invoice provides the time needed for the appointment and there is always a concise but complete report about the trip, too, which I find helpful.We are very pleased with the excellent service and the courteousness and respect shown to my elderly mother. As a veteran that had a hard time accepting I need help driving to my appointments the friendly , reliable booking and drives have made getting to my appointment more enjoyable .

What a beautiful thing to be able to go to your medical appointments, without having to stress about actually driving there! The service is paid by Veteran's Affairs, depending on your approved medical conditions. I have been using their services for about three years now, as I live about an hour out of where most of my medical appointments are. The drivers are always on time, super professional. The vehicles are always in great condition and clean. It's the sure way for me to be on time. I highly recommend them!

I'm a physician in Ottawa who performs both medical based head and neck surgery as well as cosmetic and facial plastic surgery. I have used this service to help transport patients and non-driving family members to and from their surgeries.I have always had nothing but professional interactions with the business and I would recommend any business who requires professional medical transportation services to consider Wheels for the Wise. They are easy to connect with and easy to set up services.Also, my patients are always greatfull of the service and have nothing but positive things to say about the drivers and cleanliness of the cars.

Wheels for the Wise is by far the best mode of transport I have found. I use a wheelchair and require some help. The driver always arrives exactly on time, and if weather is problematic I get a phone call advising me of any change of plans. The driver comes into the house and assists me, and similarly when we get to my destination. I've used Wheels for the Wise several times a week, for several years. There has not been even one time where I could have hoped for better assistance.

I am a veteran who uses this service all the time. What I love about this service, they pick me up at home, take me to my medical appointments and the drivers waits for me, and takes me home. The drivers are very professional and courtesy.

Have been using their service for years since a bad car accident. Before finding this amazing company I was using friends and family to try and maintain some way of getting around... always waiting and unsure if anyone could help when I needed to get somewhere or how rushed that help would be. This company has given me my independence back and reduced stress on everyone. They have also provided me with peace of mind when having to deal with insurance assessments by staying with me, observing and taking notes as a third party.
