Waited a half an hour to be served to purchase travel and medical insurance. 2 trainees very uncertain of the procedures to help me purchase. Amy was helpful though. Super frustrated as to try to call them to ask more questions and just get answering machine. Would like to talk to an local agent.Would like a response to how to contact local agent
