If a zero was possible, that is what I would rate him. Very snippy, short and rude! Doesn't give you a chance to explain things, cuts you off. Not a good feeling when you are calling for a paid service, one that is not cheap at that, you want to feel rest assured that you are in good hands. At the end of the call, you want to feel as though you are in good hands, not like you have been beat to the ground. I even you'd him if he continued to be rude, I would hang up. He just stated in a sarcastic tone that he didn't know how to help me and made me feel bad
