In a nutshell, the Transformational Facilitator Certification program is intense, it’s fun and if you show-up, pay attention and get your practise hours in - it’s not difficult to earn your certification. The instructors, Deidre and Wesly, are highly experienced pros who are open, encouraging and very supportive. There is a great feeling of community in the course and I really felt like a colleague and not a student. I always felt supported and safe and when I asked for help it was immediately forthcoming.Not only did I learn a massive amount of information about being a guide and the business of being a guide, my confidence, intuition and reconnection to spirit shot through the roof. I can now self-process and alleviate my own issues and problems and I have deeper insight into where I’ve gotten stuck in the past and veered off course. I had the privilege of participating in a couple of Deidre Sirianni's, Radically Aligned programs and events. Deidre is a personable, powerful and engaging facilitator. I can't speak highly enough about her and her work.Before taking The Turn Your Light On Program I felt stuck, confused, overwhelmed, and fairly defeated. I felt disconnected from my body and intuition, I felt unable to make decisions about my purpose, passions, and career, and I felt stuck and as if I was in a rut with work and my relationships. I was disconnected from any vision of what comes next and felt like I was at a standstill. This feeling started to blur into my relationship with my partner, friend, and family. COVID had thrown my routine for a loop and I had stopped feeling fulfilled in my days. I never wanted to become someone that feels trapped in work and lets work dictate their life, but I had reached that point. That is when I realized I needed to do the work. Since doing the program, I have experienced many huge shifts. I have tapped into my intuition and body wisdom more in the last 12 weeks than I have in years.
