DR. Aroichane is an amazing doctor and has improved my vision beyond expectations! I wish I could say the same for some of her staff.

I am blessed to have such a caring Neuro-Ophthalmologist taking care of my eyes and always assuring me that I am in good hands. I am grateful for you and your colleagues .

After being a patient for 5 years of this excellent eye doctor I was referred to the best . I was very disappointed on the staff attitude for an appt referral I needed for an urgent eye yesterday. I know its covid but no help or reaching out to accommodate me the staff should understand and care no empathy at all its terrible we are all in this together!!! she was crabby and in a bad mood took 2 hours and 6 calls to be helped no answers i am out of there at this office !!I did not deserve the sob story of she is overbooked its not my fault i trying to get a referral to see her it was an urgent eye problem needing attention . I will now not recommend them at all I feel sorry for the nice doctor its not her fault I am done very disgusted I can't believe it thought they were nice staff should learn to be nice to long time clients

I never want to review any Doctors but Dr. Aroichane is one of the BEST doctor I've ever met. She has amazing bedside manners and very respectful. She's attentive, listens, and asks lot of questions. She also was teaching a resident and I could witness how thoughtful and great teacher she is. I felt a sense of relief talking with her and felt encouraged especially post multiple concussion.She's the best there is.

My daughter loves her! Dr Aroshaine performed a surgery on her when she was only 3 years old, everything went great, we are really happy with results.

Dr Ariochane is spectacular. She’s been caring for my son and his eyes for 7 years and every visit is kind & caring. She has a way of making the kids feel so calm and comfortable and proud of their own development. Cannot recommend Dr Ariochane enough.

The doctor behaved professionally and nice and the staff were polite and caring.

This place could be better. Anyway, we had a bad experience at the one on W. Broadway so we decided to try elsewhere that is closer to home. My daughter is 2.5 years old now and she has one lazy eye since a few months old. It has since gotten better but I wanted a re-check to see if we're on the right track. This review is for our initial appointment. The doctor (I forgot her name) was 10 minutes late which was acceptable. When it was our turn, we sat down and started doing a bunch of fun" tests. One of the test was identifying a bunch of animals in stencils. Keep in mind

the reservation service is horrible.. if the reservationist does not like you she calls back to tell you will be flagged next time you have a referral..the doctor is great but not the staff

Dr. Aroichane is gentle, caring and kind.She is responsible forsaving my daughters' sight.I unhesitatingly recommend her to those needing good care for their eyes.
