Have been there twice or three times. The hiking trail is a real adventure with scenic perspectives! Better to be in a team with an expert leader or having the map of trail with yourself. Plenty of lakes/river there might have mosquitos during summer, so be prepared for them!

Nicely paved and well marked walking trails. Great spot to see Fall colours as well in October. Very peaceful and quiet on weekdays especially.

Beautiful trail..however watch out for ticks if you have a dog! We walked our dog there at the end of October and she ended up having many ticks. She was on her leash too and was not in the brush.

I went there with a group of teens on an October weekday. The office was closed, and the outdoor maps were quite sunbleached. It was hard to tell where the trails started and went. Luckily we met a number of fellow friendly hikers who were quite helpful. Once we got onto the trails, we were treated to some amazing views. Don't miss the lookout on the eastern branch on the VISTA trail. There are no signs about, but it gives a great view of the valley. These trails are very steep, and are not for the young or those with limited mobility. Once big issue we had: apparently the trail is used for horses as well it was very unpleasant to keeping having to watch our step from the presents" they left scattered all along two trails we took. Can't the riders clean up after them?"

A not so challenging area to get around in terms of hiking, but it definitely doesn't take away from it's natural scenery! Lots of different areas to walk through and check out, and saw many people with their dogs & families which is always lovely to see!

There’s an information centre at the entrance with helpful staff. We did the Vista Trail and it was a lovely and very quiet trail. There is a observation deck with views into the forest below. The beginning of the trail is not very well covered so it can get hot if it’s a sunny summer day.
