Jordan helped us in our home purchase. We are from out of town and moving in Saskatoon in the near future. I liked Jordan's no pressure regular automated e-mails with properties that met our criteria. Once something caught our eye, Jordan was quick to set up a virtual tour. It was a little scary to buy a property without being able to physically see it first (pandemic restrictions) but Jordan was helpful and honest about the homes we viewed. Jordan was easy to reach, timely, and professional throughout the whole experience. Our purchase date was well ahead of our moving to the city, so Jordan is even helping us manage and rent out the property so that we make a bit of money prior to moving in.
