Awful service, would not recommend. I tried to use Eliel’s service twice now and I was completely ignored. First time he simply stopped replying to my messages and the second time around, he told me he’d at his shop until 6pm and asked to let him know when I was coming. I did that, drove 40min to his shop only to arrive and get a message from him saying he had to leave to service another person in Surrey. Complete disrespect, do not recommend.

Eliel is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest! His work ethic truly shows in his incredible service. I highly recommend his services.My car had an electrical issue related to the gas pump hard to diagnose. The car failed to start sometimes. I took my car to 2 mechanic shops before talking to Eliel. None of them were able to identify the issue. Eliel was the only one to identify and fix the problem. Eliel also gave me more than a month to drive the car to make sure the issue was 100% solved before charging anything.

Eliel is an excellent professional. He has taken care of my cars for 3 years and I have always had a great experience with him, he has always been helpful, efficient and charges a fair price for his services. He works alone, just don't expect him to be on the phone all day answering messages because he either does that or works on cars, so if you expect excellent customer service you'd better go to a dealership and pay the price.
