The best clinic that I have ever been to. The service was exceptional. Dr. Navdeep is the best doctor in the whole city. I took my pets for an emergency visit and they were so accommodating. They made sure everything was good before letting us go. Highly recommend this clinic for all your fur babies.

Dr. S is a great vet. However, after being there for multiple years it was hard to listen to the constant 'up sell'. As well, after being in a tough position the clinic refused to forgive some of the costs associated with our pet. I find it very difficult to accept a $450 for an Xray when places just outside of the city will offer the same service for $175. The new office staff leave something to be desired as well.

We had a sick cat that we brought in for an exam. The vet, while nice, seemed more interested in the up sell and guilt trips than doing a proper exam. Our cat turned out to have a stomach bug. It cost us $1400 to find this out. We were charged $55 for the exam, which consisted of pushing on his tummy and taking his temperature. $300 for bloodwork, $450 for an x-ray, $200 for ANOTHER test to check for a pancreatic infection (which we never actually got the results for!!), etc, etc. It’s no wonder with opportunistic vets like this that people are choosing to put down otherwise healthy animals because they cannot afford these astronomical prices. Find a different vet for your pet!!

I had an excellent experience with this veterinary hospital! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they treated my pet with care and compassion. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the ease of scheduling appointments. Overall, I highly recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone looking for quality and professional care for their pets!

My partner called this vet to book an appointment to have our dog be checked up on. This vet place has rescheduled multiple times which defeated the purpose of appointments. We needed our dog to see the vet right away which is why we set up an appointment as soon as possible. But why reschedule over and over? They should’ve said that day was not available instead of having to rebook multiple times. Can’t recommend unreliable places like this..

Dr. Singh is excellent to deal with. Very professional and knowledgeable! We have been coming to him for over a year now and won’t be going to any other vet. We’re always in and out in a timely manner. Everyone at the front desk is extremely professional as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Singh and his team!

Called me to rebook for a different day, now called me again to rebook for a different day. The reason why I book in my dog is because am expecting to bring her that certain day not asked to move my appointments everytime a day before. Beats the whole purpose of booking. Either tell your customer they cannot book that day and time or deliver what you've promised or else customers are expecting the appointments and making time in their busy days. Cannot recommend this place.

Dr.Singh is so great with my dog, Loki, and he is always so cheerful. All the staff are so friendly too! They are always honest about pricing and what is needed to be done. Thanks for all you do.
