I had a friend who brought her car here on a saturday. They had a posted 10pm closing and my friend tried to pick up her car around 5pm. The store was closed and she was trying to get a hold of the owner. The owner showed up at 5:30 and was very rude to my friend. He was mad that he had to come back to his store to finish the transaction. My friend was trying to explain that she did not know that they close before 10 if there aren't any customers but owner was not hearing it, all he said was: i don't want to hear your explanation". My friend was being polite eventhough the owner was extremely rude to her. All the owner said was "i don't care" or he was "busy" that's why he had to leave the store. I do not recommend this place unless you want to be treated with ignorance and arrogance. If there was a negative star rating i would've given it to this business."

Holy cow! What an amazing job! I got the Refresher 2 with Pet Hair Removal and I am beyond impressed. My car is a 2005 Focus and it looks brand new! The stick even shifts better with all the gunk gone! I'm definitely going to be using this business for future services.

I highly recommend NOT using this business as we had two bad experiences here, both related to gift certificates for auto-detailing. The first visit, with a gift certificate, they tried to charge my family extra on top of the gift certificate for doghair removal? The next visit we were told they would not accept the gift certificate as it was more than one year old. I should note there is no expiry date written on the gift certificate, therefore, by law is still valid. When told that the Better Business Bureau would be contacted over this issue, they said You go ahead.""

They did a great job! We had a slight miscommunication, but they went above and beyond and actually offered to wash the exterior for free. I found the interaction friendly. The car was immaculate, people thought we'd bought it new!

My friend brought her car in and came back to get it but they were close. She phoned the owner, apparently they close the shop when they’re not busy and just come back when somebody is ready to get their car. My friend came earlier than expected so she had to wait for the owner. The owner was very rude to her for coming early. My friend explained to the owner that she didn’t know they close the shop and she did message him that she was on the way back to get her car but still he was very rude towards her, with him saying to my friend “I don’t want to hear your explanation” and “I don’t care”. Not a very good experience..

I give them one star because I did come home with a cleaner vehicle. Very unfriendly. Extremely rude. Customer service is terrible. I returned after 30 mins when I discovered that my rims were vibrating horribly from unwashed mud. I couldn't drive faster than 60km. Thought they would be helpful since I just spent $230 detailing my vehicle..He told me that it was impossible for this to happen and would absolutely not clean them out for me. And then went on the insult me about how dirty my car was. Ya…I have three small children who did a number on it…that's why I was getting it cleaned, man. I told him I would not be recommending him to anyone and he replied by saying he didn't need any more business. I have a feeling the owner, who I spoke to, does not respect women.

They did a great job cleaning my van, thought the price was competitive. Only downfall was they didn't spend enough time letting the inside dry from washing the rugs. The next morning there was moisture and water droplets on the inside of all my windows, which meant I had to re-wash the windows I paid to have cleaned.

I had a great first experience with this business. The person I dealt with was friendly. I'm very happy with the results. I dropped off a dirty large SUV that had been subjected to young kid passengers. There isn't a trace of spilled juice or gummy snacks left to be seen. Great service.
