Best customer service I’ve ever received.There was a mix up with my order and Mike Dalen was so understanding. He didn’t give any excuses and fixed the issue right away.Awesome job! Would definitely be a longtime customer.

VERY friendly service. I had ordered a board and helmet online to be shipped to BC- Purolator had put the board on the wrong truck, but it's here now, so that's great, but I got the wrong size for the helmet. Contacted S3 through their website and by phone to clarify.Molly in shipping was very kind, and will have a shipping label for me to print to return it back for them to send the correct size- don't even need to pay for the shipping!Super nice company, and definitely going to be my go to. :)

Really friendly service, that fella Cody is a stellar dude, sold me on a pairs of boot first thing in the morning then had me coming back for a board and bindings later, super friendly and knows his stuff, super helpful guy

I was shopping for a new coat today at was promptly greeted by a wonderful sales woman who informed me of the current sales. I had picked out 3 coats sent photos of them to my son.. waited and waited for a response to see which one he liked best. I was at the check out buying all 3 (to return the ones he didn't like) got the call of the one he did like. The very polite and understanding man without frustration said my mom would have just bought one. I didn't get their names but today you made shopping easy for me because you we so understanding!
