In Touch With Nature Pet Boarding Kennel

This kennel is well kept and as far as I can see he was good with the dogs unfortunately he had very poor people skills. He has short temper, for example, my husband dropped off dogs a bit later  than planned and he was really angry. It's the same thing if you are (10minutes) early. He is not at all accommodating or flexible. I paid 50$ plus tax per day( for two dogs to stay in the same kennel). In addition to that he charged me for walking the dogs or he will find a way to charge extra every time. The location is less than desirable especially for winter time. Not at all satisfied as a customer. Will not recommend him. Not worth the headache and stress.

This was my first time leaving my dogs at a kennel. Paul was my last resort as everyone else was full, however, I think it was meant to be. He is very accommodating and flexible. He explain how the whole day goes ect. He put all my worries to rest and gave updates on my animals. My dogs were happy and healthy while there and I will definitely be using him again!!

Paul Was great with what ‘we thought, we had was a very reactive dog.Only kennel I have been to in town whom wants to meet the dogs prior to booking which made me feel very much at Ease. We even scheduled a walk before booking to see how my dog walked in groups because I thought he was leash aggressive . Turns out my dog is great with others and he can be off leash- crazy! Couldn’t recommend this kennel enough!

Paul takes excellent care of my dog, walls her each day, and is a warm and friendly host. We have been taking our animals there for years. Highly recommended!

Paul is very knowledgeable with dogs and he takes the time to introduce them all while you are there. Our dogs are very well taken care of there. We brought them home and they were exhausted from playing with the other dogs. Highly recommend this place! My husband just knew he was a good guy just by talking to him on the phone and felt very safe with leaving our dogs there. Awesome place and we will definitely be bringing them there again when we r in the area!

We have been using Paul for a few years for our large dog and he is wonderful! He is very knowledgeable with dogs and their general behaviour. We love that he lets them interact and play outside most of the day and they get lots of exercise on walks. Our dog is always very happy to be there and Paul is easy to communicate with. During our dog’s latest stay, she had an encounter with a porcupine and got quilled in the face and mouth. Paul went above and beyond to care for her, removed all the quills on his own and communicated to us about everything. I trusted his expertise with animals and felt very happy that she was under his care. His compassion for animals was very evident! Always happy with his service and will continue to use him whenever we need.
