Sim did a great job of repairing a corrupted file restoring functionaliy, and then put together an updated computer in record time!

I had problems setting up my new laptop and I was impressed that TickTockTech were able to send out a technician within a few hours of my calling. He was very polite and efficient. Also patient in pinpointing the problem. (I had actually made an error in downloading some software as I am inexperienced with computers). He resolved the problem and got my computer up and running and connected to my new printer. The fee was very reasonable. I would definitely use this company again.

I phoned TickTockTech - Computer Repair and told them that my computer is very slow. The technician came over, I told him that I am on a lot medication and I don't know anything about computers. He told me I will give you a good deal, I put my trust in him not knowing the cost of repairs. He charged me $380 dollars, and I was satisficed with the speed, but there was still minor problems.I phoned around and found out it was $240 with some companies and the highest was $270. So I phoned TickTockTech - Computer Repair I could not get through, they blocked me.So I phoned some other companies and they told me their policy to hear both sides, also, when I phoned the technician, nearly at the end of our conversation he told me that he recorded our conversation. No other company would do that.My battery was low, so he said he would charge for it $100 dollars. I found out that the battery is $50 only. It takes two seconds to change the battery and he said he will change me $100.TickTockTech - Computer Repair management I can prove that my computer once in a while the sound changes from high to low.Elderly people especially be aware of TickTockTech - Computer Repair and have somebody to be with you that understands computers when dealing with them.

I was really leery to have a computer guy come into my house and be able to access my computer files with all the personal stuff on it. Mohammed was very patient with me, showed me things I could do myself, and I was pleased with the result. Computer works great now. Essentially like new. I will definitely use him again if I experience any problems.

Our desktop computer wouldn’t turn on. They answered the phone quickly and sent out a guy (Sim) in 30 minutes. Sim had the problem figured out in 10 minutes and charged a reasonable price, even refusing a tip! He also did some complimentary checks of the computer at no charge. After a download my computer screen turned white and I couldn't do anything. I panicked and then found these guys online.
