DO NOT PURCHASE PROTECTION or buy from them. I bout a Nintendo for my son with 3 years warranty. I send it back to them after it got damaged. they sent me a different, older refurbished model which my son does not like to play with. They did not respond to my complaints and I couldn't even escalate the issue. horrible experience. The store also mislead us into buying a new one until we wait for the CHECK" from the geek squad. very bad practice."

I just wanted to say thank you to Victor for his help last night. We went there around 7:30 tonight not knowing it had closed at 7pm. I spoke with the manager on duty as he was closing the door and letting his staff out. I purchased 7 tv's three days prior and and wanted to buy an additional 3 more. Victor took my phone number and said that he would call me in the morning to see if they had any left in stock. When he looked on his phone to see, he advised me that there were only two left. So I took the initiative and ordered online with another store, they had 10, I purchased them. Someone, like Victor took the importance of the situation into his own hands and texted me about stock inventory.Thanks because he also advised me that the sale was over this evening. Otherwise I wouldn't have gotten that sale price.Thank you best buy and especially Victor.Robert

I went in close to the time the store was closing, and it was a great experience! I purchased an iPad, and Krishen was more than helpful! Nice, cheerful, friendly, and most importantly, made the sale process easy! He was not pushy, or tried to over upsell me. Thank you Krishen for making the sale with me and helping considering I came in close to the end of the day!

Maybe the days are counted for this Best Buy location to close its doors? I visited it last week and you can tell that many shelves are empty, full isles are gone. this place looks now more like a liquidation store, sadly.

Krishen and Kristy were amazing. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Had a faulty router, they helped us so we didn't have to deal with Manufacturer. Very nice super helpful. Thanks for the great customer service

Switch to Amazon - it’s better In the past The only reason I was buying from Best Buy Aurora because if anything happens with the insurance I pay I just go give the product and I get a new one- now this policy has changed- they give customer hard time they want us to go online and file complaint and wait for the waybill that you need to enter all the details and take more than a week to send you the voucher to buy a product that didn’t last for a YEAR-plus today I meet Friday 3rd March I was not lucky- the Manager in charge Julian - was so unfriendly and not even willing to help - I was telling him in the Future I will buy all my products from Amazon- he didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience and he told me it’s up to you- I found that not professional- He doesn’t care that his customers go to his competitors- I am a sales representative and if my customers tell me that I will do everything to please them at least apologies for the inconvenience- and in the same time I saw him very helpful and nice with a Canadian lady he jumped in the system and resolve her issue - may because my accent shows that I am emigrant- worse experience- but not to ignore that the staff members was nice and friendly

Don't waste your time going to this location. Manager Julian is very rude and disrespectful. He will treat you as a thief coming to steal from his own store. You will see him laughing with his staff behind your back. Worst best buy store you can ever go to. Never treated like this before at other locations.

Went to buy a TV and the salesperson literally told us 10 times that every TV that Best Buy sells will be burned out and broken within 4 years and the warranty is absolutely necessary or we will be out $1000. Imagine this with any other store or product, unheard of. BB needs to chill out on the aggressive upsells, this is the reason that Future Shop (remember them, your competitor?) went out of business - aggressive commission-based salespeople.
