Calgary Tile Setting

We recently had new slate installed on the hearth, as well as tile in the front entry. The quality of the work is great. We are very pleased with the results.

Had shower floor replaced. Took a little longer than expected but very high quality of work and installer went extra mile to get it done right.

We were doing a kitchen reno and had Calgary Tile Setting come out to complete the tile floor and backsplash.They did an incredible job, and the installer who worked with us, Jonny, was very polite and professional. My mother and I are very happy with the work that we received.We are looking forwards to having them come back in the spring for a full bathroom renovation.

My experience with Johnny was terrible. If I could give a negative rating I would. Johnny was very unreliable and unprofessional. Requested a 50% deposit to confirm he would be at my house on May 31st at 9:00. I foolishly sent the money and he did not show up on the 31st. He then said he would be there on June 2 at 9:00 and have the job done by June 3. He showed up at 10:00 on June 2 and worked for not quite an hour and then left saying he would be back the next day. He phoned on the morning of June 3 to say he couldn't make it that day but would be there on Friday at 8:00am. He showed up at 11:00 on Friday after I texted him to say this was not acceptable and requested my deposit back. When he showed up, he told me it would only take him one and a half hours to do the work. He was charging me $900. Needless to say, I do not have a re-grouted shower nor do I have my $450 back.
