Canadian Tire Gas+

Store is always messy. Long line ups and inventory is always off. This review is based solely on my opinion and perspective of events.

Great location if you live in the downtown area of Kitchener. I stop here often to get gas, propane for my bbq and lottery tickets. The staff is always polite. I wish my experience here was my experience at other Canadian Tire Gas Bar locations. Keep up the great work guys

Terrible hours. Nothing great about pricing. Same as all the other brand stations. Polite staff.

This is a smaller store compared to these gigantic megastores in Cambridge that I avoid.They don't move things around much so I know where to go.Staff are good and know location of goods.

The entrance and exit of this gas station are particular hard to use at high traffic times of day, while the gas pumps themselves are often overcrowded and poorly placed within the layout of the lot. There is ample parking available parallel to the gas pumps, but this seems to take up too much of the space that would be more effectively used by those attempting to get fuel. A lengthy line at the pumps creates issues for through traffic and does not give drivers much room to enter or exit. The roof covering the pumps does not extend far enough to properly shield customers from the elements while pumping gas. Overall, a poorly designed gas station that begins to show its flaws when more than 5 or 6 vehicles occupy the lot simultaneously.

Propane scale is off or thier filling regulator is malfunctioning. I weighed my tank at 22lbs pre fill and it only filled to 34 lbs. Only got 12 lbs of fill. You can tell the difference when I get it filled here the weight of the tank is light compared to Eg. Costco. Tried going back but looks like thier system wont allow to fill anymore. Word to the wise, don't come here for your propane. $27 with tax $$$. Costco is cheaper and you get a properly filled tank.

Poor customer service. I understand that there is a language barrier with the East Indian employees and myself, however the service was way below standards. The employee did not listen to what I asked to purchase and then told me that I am incorrect. Learn some manners and act like a civilized person.

Went to get a propane fill and was told they don't refill after 7 even though when you google the information it say until 9. I ask to speak to the owner who was dismissive and told me to move on. Then proceeded to use offensive language and yell at me. I will never return to this place and advise everyone to the same. Obviously the owner does nor care if he gets business.

Overpriced merchandise, and their debit machine did not work. I suggested to the clerk they should get a new one...which he ignored. I'm assuming he knew of the issue and did not want to address it.

I had an incident there regarding money transaction. Long story short I called to talk to owner and left message. The owner called me back same day and listened to my conserns, took action immediately and resolved my issue. I was vary happy with his level of professionalism.Also I must say I have good interactions with staff every visit at this location, many people here trash talk the staff because of language barrier due to ethnicity. The employees speak good English and a vary polite.To the staff... In my books you are doing great! And see you guys soon!
