If you pay them in advance, they provide their bad quality material. They did not provide all the material which is ordered. No matter if you are new customer or not

I bought base and mattress from Kim but only after few days base was broken without no reason, the quality of the base was very poor, I am very disappointed because I spent good amount on that, that’s really not fair
