From the moment I met Jenn, I felt completely comfortable opening up to her- her energy is amazing. I've gotten so much out of my coaching sessions and I'm not even done yet. I am realizing so much about myself because Jenn is so intuitive and is an expert at guiding me through my own hangups. She gets me excited about the things I'd been dreading. I had been looking for a while for someone who I would be comfortable with and I couldn't have found a better match. I can't say enough good things!

Jenn creates an inclusive, calm and judgment free environment. She meets you at your mat where you are at, offering variations, encouragement and support. She offers a variety of classes for every interest and ability. This is were I go to create balance in my life.

Love this candlelit studio. Jenn is amazing instructor. Her instructions are so clear and smooth I can do the whole class with my eyes closed. She customizes her instructions during the classes to meet the level her students.
