I would like to say that I was very impress with Mr. Pierre from Polo Inspection service. I was in a rush to get my first condo inspected because of the holidays. The inspector spent a lot of time and a rigorous amount of effort during the inspection. Even after the inspection was done, he spent a lot of time on the phone with me to help me understand the entire report. He was also very amicable and friendly, and it really made me feel like I was in good hands.Definitely recommend :).

I used Polo's service for a house purchase, not only was he professional, but the report that he wrote was very detailed and very helpful for new home owners. I definitely recommend using his services as I had no experience prior to that. Polo was able to answer our questions and navigate us through what needed to be know and he was very informative throughout the whole process. I will definitely do more business with him in the future!

Needed pre-purchase inspection with very short notice. Contacted by email, received quote within one day and availability options spread over the next two days.Inspection was completed with detail and diligence by 10am on site and report was in my email inbox by 9pm that same evening.Outstanding! Would recommend.
